Amanda and Chris

Amanda and Chris had a beautiful wedding at Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens in Belmont. If you have never been to DSBG, I would highly recommend spending a day there! The gardens are so lush and amazing! Our day got off to a bad start when it started raining. I tried to hide my disappointment from Amanda when I realized we were going to be more limited than usual. I tried to play it cool, but inside I was dying! About 10 minutes before the ceremony, the rain subsided.

The ceremony was conducted by Rev. Maloy. He was very kind and accommodating. Photographers know exactly what I mean by “accommodating”…We are sometimes asked to refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony, but Rev. Maloy didn’t place any restrictions on the photography.

Amanda and Chris added so many unique touches to their wedding. All of their hard work definitely culminated in a fairytale wedding. Check out Amanda’s hot pink crinoline and shoes! I hope to work with many more adventurous brides in the future!

Kristen and Perry

Kristen and Perry had their wedding at All Saints Episcopal church in Concord.  They have to be one of the most fortunate couples that I have ever met! They have so many amazing, supportive people in their lives. Their wedding party consisted of 32 people! Everyone says the same thing when they see Kristen and Perry’s pictures: “I wish I had as many friends!” If you spend any time with them at all, you understand why they do. The funniest part of the day had to be when Kristen surprised Perry with a hula hoop on the dance floor. He impressed all of us with his hula moves! The worst part of the day for me was at the end of the night. As I was getting ready to take pictures of them driving away….I closed the car door…..on Kristen’s fingers! I was horrified! It was such a relief to find that she wasn’t hurt. I’m a bit of a klutz so I normally try to keep my distance! =)
